Brand Terms

Additional terms for brands and business users using Create in Baltics.

01

Scope and authority

These Brand Terms apply in addition to the Platform Terms of Use whenever you register or act as a Brand. You confirm that you are authorised to act for the business or organisation identified in your account.

02

Campaign information

You must provide a clear and accurate brief. At minimum, a campaign should identify the deliverables, Creator compensation or budget, deadline, language/market, content format, revision allowance, usage rights, product/shipping arrangements and any material restrictions.

You must not publish illegal, deceptive, discriminatory or unsafe campaigns, or require Creators to make claims that would breach advertising, consumer-protection, health, financial or other applicable rules.

03

Selection and confirmation

Applications do not create an obligation to hire a Creator. A paid collaboration is formed when both sides confirm the collaboration or otherwise accept the specific collaboration terms.

04

Fees

During the current beta pricing model, the Brand pays a 10% Platform fee on top of the agreed Creator price. Example: Creator price EUR 100, Brand total EUR 110 before any taxes or payment charges that may lawfully apply.

The checkout or collaboration screen will show the applicable total before payment. We may change future fees prospectively, but not retroactively for an already confirmed collaboration.

05

Payments

Where payment functionality is enabled, the Brand must fund the collaboration through the payment method shown by the Platform. Stripe or another disclosed payment provider may process the payment.

A Platform status of “Payment secured” does not mean Create in Baltics is a licensed escrow service. Payment and payout features may be limited while the Platform is in beta.

06

Products, shipping and safety

You are responsible for the legality, safety, labelling and shipment of products supplied to a Creator. You must disclose any material risks or special handling requirements. The campaign must say whether products are gifts, samples to be returned, or otherwise supplied.

07

Claims, scripts and instructions

You are responsible for substantiating factual claims you ask a Creator to make. You may not instruct a Creator to conceal sponsorship, make false testimonials, impersonate a consumer, or make regulated claims without a lawful basis.

08

Review and revisions

You must review submissions in good faith and request revisions only within the agreed scope. A materially new concept, script, location, format, additional cut or additional deliverable is outside the original scope unless agreed otherwise.

09

Usage rights

You receive only the usage rights specifically agreed in the campaign or collaboration. Unless expressly agreed, payment for content does not automatically include perpetual rights, paid advertising, whitelisting, raw footage, exclusivity, sublicensing or full copyright transfer.

You must not use delivered content beyond the agreed licence. Additional usage should be agreed with the Creator and may require additional compensation.

10

Creator data and communications

Use Creator personal data only for legitimate collaboration purposes and protect any private contact, shipping, legal or payment information you receive. Do not scrape, resell or use Creator data for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis.

11

Cancellation, refunds and disputes

Cancellations and refund eligibility depend on the collaboration stage, work already performed, non-recoverable costs and the specific campaign terms. The Payment, Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy applies.

12

Taxes and invoices

You are responsible for your own accounting, VAT, withholding and other tax obligations. Creator tax status and invoicing responsibilities can vary; the Platform does not provide tax advice.

13

Prohibited conduct

  • Fake or misleading company identity.
  • Discriminatory selection requirements unrelated to a legitimate creative need.
  • Requests for unlawful, unsafe, deceptive or rights-infringing content.
  • Non-payment, chargeback abuse or bad-faith revision demands.
  • Deliberately moving an introduced collaboration off-platform to conceal it and avoid an applicable Platform fee.
