Cookie Policy
How Create in Baltics uses cookies and similar technologies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files or similar technologies stored on or accessed from your device when you use a website. Some are necessary for a site to work; others can be used for preferences, analytics or marketing.
Our current approach
Create in Baltics should use strictly necessary cookies without consent where permitted by law. Non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking should remain disabled until the user has made the required consent choice.
Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Consent | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, security, session continuity, consent preferences and core Platform functions | Not normally required where strictly necessary | Session or limited period needed for function |
| Preferences | Remember optional interface preferences | Consent where legally required | As described in cookie settings |
| Analytics | Understand aggregate usage and improve the service | Consent before non-essential analytics are set | As described in cookie settings |
| Marketing / advertising | Measure campaigns or personalise advertising | Consent before use | As described in cookie settings |
Exact cookie list
Because the technical stack may change during beta, the live cookie-consent/settings interface should provide the current names, providers, purposes and lifetimes of non-essential cookies actually in use. This Policy must not be used to justify cookies that are not disclosed in the live settings.
Third parties
Third-party providers such as authentication, payment, analytics or embedded-media providers may set or access cookies when their functionality is used. Non-essential third-party tracking should only load after the required consent.
Your choices
Where a cookie banner or settings panel is provided, you can accept, reject or change non-essential cookie choices there. You can also use browser settings to delete or block cookies, although blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent some Platform functions from working.
Changes
We may update this Policy when our technology or providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
